Overview
Darul Yaseen Quran Academy is committed to providing safe, high-quality, 1-on-1 online Quran and Islamic education for students and families worldwide. If you have questions about student privacy, lesson guidelines, or academic policies, contact our admissions team.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a free trial, submitting an enrollment form, or paying tuition at Darul Yaseen Quran Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Parents or legal guardians accept these terms on behalf of enrolled minor children.
Our educational programs aim to facilitate sincere Quranic and Islamic learning in accordance with traditional Adab (Islamic manners) and contemporary pedagogical excellence.
2. Free Trial Policy
Every new family or student is entitled to a 3-Day Free Trial (three 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions). Free trials allow parents and students to evaluate our teaching methodology, audio-visual classroom, and tutor compatibility without financial commitment.
No credit card or banking details are required to schedule a free trial. Following trial completion, families may choose to enroll in a monthly tuition plan or decline without obligation.
3. Class Scheduling, Punctuality, and Rescheduling
Classes are held at mutually agreed recurring weekly timeslots based on the student's local timezone (e.g. GMT, EST, PST, AEST).
Punctuality: Tutors will wait in the virtual classroom for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. If the student does not join within 15 minutes without prior notice, the session is counted as completed.
Advance Rescheduling: Families may reschedule a planned absence by notifying support at least 4 hours before class time. Rescheduled lessons are arranged as makeup classes within the same billing month.
4. Tutor Assignment and Sister Privacy
Students may request male or female instructors during enrollment. We guarantee certified female tutors for sisters and young daughters upon request.
If an assigned tutor is unavailable due to illness or emergency, the academy will either provide a qualified substitute teacher of the same gender or schedule a makeup class at the student's convenience.
5. Tuition, Billing, and Money-Back Guarantee
Tuition fees are billed monthly in advance based on the selected package (Starter 2 days/wk, Regular 3 days/wk, Intensive 4 days/wk, or Hifz 5 days/wk).
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If a student is unsatisfied with their learning experience within the first 30 days of paid enrollment, Darul Yaseen Quran Academy will provide a full refund of that month's tuition upon request.
Cancellation: Families may pause or cancel their monthly enrollment at any time with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
6. Code of Conduct and Respectful Learning Environment
Students and tutors are expected to treat one another with utmost respect, dignity, and Islamic courtesy.
Appropriate modest dress and a quiet, distraction-free learning space are required during live video sessions.
Direct personal financial arrangements or external private communication outside the academy's official monitored communication channels are strictly prohibited to protect student safety and faculty integrity.
7. Intellectual Property and Curriculum Materials
All digital learning slides, Noorani Qaida workbooks, audio recitation recordings, and Tajweed exercises provided by Darul Yaseen Quran Academy are protected educational property for the personal, non-commercial use of enrolled students.
